Debian trixie is out

Debian 13, “trixie”, was released today. There’s a lot to unpack:
Packages: 69,830 total; 14,100 new; 44,326 updated. Highlights include Linux 6.12 LTS, GCC 14.2, LLVM/Clang 19, glibc 2.41, OpenJDK 21, Python 3.13, PHP 8.4, PostgreSQL 17, LibreOffice 25.2, GIMP 3.0.4, OpenSSL 3.5.
Architectures: new official riscv64 support; supported: amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x. i386 is no longer a regular architecture; armel has its last release.
Desktops: GNOME 48, KDE Plasma 6.3, LXDE 13, LXQt 2.1.0, Xfce 4.20.
Notable changes: broader man-page translations, 64-bit time_t across all but i386, progress on reproducible builds.
